    Medical

Apart from running a successful business, CCMUT always believe in carrying out social responsibility. Without fail from year 2004, we have helped Federation of Chinese Physicians and Acupuncturists Associations of Malaysia (FCPAAM) in raising fund, propagated awareness of Chinese medicine. Mr. Lee was appointed as adviser for many terms.

Mr. Lee is also instrumental in private-to-government interaction, where he has accompanied Ministry of Health in a few field trips to China while he also constantly advise Malaysia government on Chinese medicine regulatory matters.

    Society

While Chinese medicine are well accepted by local Chinese, there are still room in acceptance level among Malay and Indian communities. Mr. Lee has taken step by participating in Halal Food exhibition promoting the awareness of Chinese medicine among the local Malay in particular.

    Charity
Charity is always part of CCMUT’s activities, while continuously provides free medical checkup and medication to old folks and hard core poor, we answer to request from various communities too. In celebrating 2007 anniversary, we provided free medical service to more than one thousand people during an occasion organized by I Kuan Tao Association, Malaysia. In addition, Mr. Lee with his counterparts in Chinese medicine profession, has formed a charity fund, Aim Health & Charity, and he was appointed the vice president.

    Education
Mr. Lee has a wish for many years, there is to pass down his knowledge in pulse reading to next generation. Easier said than done, current education system and facilities does not allow him to do so. In view of his wish, Mr. Lee has setup a Chinese medicine training centre in Malaysia with the aim to promote pulse reading as well as Chinese medicine as whole to the country. Thru many visits to medical universities in China, Mr. Lee finally managed to establish TCM, a Chinese medicine college aim at developing local professionals. With his and many counterparts’ relentless effort, Malaysia Minister of Health, Datuk Liow finally agreed to include Chinese medicine in Malaysia education system in 2008. Mr. Lee’s effort is thus recognized. Currently, TCM is partnering with a local university offering Bachelor of Medicine in Chinese medicine which is recognized by Malaysia government, CCMUT serve as one of its practical training centers.
